What is a public adjuster, and how are you different from the insurance company’s adjuster?
Our adjusters represent you, not the insurance company. We are licensed through the Illinois Department of Insurance to represent you and your home throughout the claim process.

How do I know if I need an inspection?
An inspection is always beneficial but after a storm is the best time to get an inspection

What does the inspection process look like?
An adjuster will come to your home and thoroughly inspect and photograph your roof and siding either by themselves or using a drone depending on the home.

What happens if you find damage?
If damage is found the adjuster can go over your insurance policy with you and discuss your options.
